STEP 1: Brush brow hairs upward using the spoolie end of Brow Detailer Eyebrow Pencil. Then, outline under the brow arch to the tail.

STEP 2: Brush brow hairs downward to expose sparse areas and fill in. Next, brush brow hairs upward to lay hairs flat and blend out product.

STEP 3: Fill and define the front of the brow using hair-like strokes following the pattern of natural hair growth.
